Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant, located in Lagos. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing budget reports, maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with company and statutory financial policies. Additional responsibilities include managing tax filings, monitoring expenditures, performing analyses, and supporting the finance team in daily operations.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and account reconciliation
• Strong skills in budgeting, financial analysis, and expenditure tracking
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar systems
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and accuracy in financial data entry
• Ability to interpret financial data and support decision-making processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, ACA, or CPA) are an added advantage
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members and stakeholders
• Prior experience working in the travel or service industry is a plus
