Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate financial statements and reports regularly.
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor costs and expenses, ensuring adherence to budgets and identifying opportunities for savings.
- Manage invoices, payments, and collections efficiently.
- Oversee payroll processing to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with local and national tax regulations.
- Conduct a thorough analysis of financial data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- Proven work experience as a restaurant accountant or in a similar role.
- Advanced knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must provide 2 guarantors and 2 referees with valid IDs.
