Responsibilities:
Administrative:
- Maintain a clean, well-structured, and functional office environment
- Manage staff welfare, conduct, and basic HR support
- Coordinate outsourced services (IT, Finance, Tax, etc.)
- Serve as meeting secretary — record minutes, manage documentation
Accounting:
- Bookkeeping and daily financial entries
- Prepare invoices and reconcile accounts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Support financial tracking and reporting.
Requirements:
- 1 year experience
- Minimum of HND
