Job summary
We are looking for smart, driven, and reliable NYSC Corp Members to support our growing consulting firm across key business functions. The Corps Member will support the organization by handling basic accounting and administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. The role requires attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as data entry, expense tracking, and record-keeping.
- Use accounting software to update financial records and reports.
- Handle general administrative duties, including filing, documentation, and office coordination.
- Support day-to-day office operations and ensure proper organization of records.
- Assist with invoice processing, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Provide administrative support to management and other team members as required.
- Must be a current NYSC Corps Member serving in Lagos State.
- Basic knowledge of accounting software and financial record-keeping.
- Prior experience or exposure to administrative roles and office operations.
- Ability to handle both accounting and administrative tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
