Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage key customer accounts and strong relationships
- Ensure SLA compliance and prioritize customer satisfaction.
- Generate customer invoices and resolve billing issues
- Identify new business opportunities to drive growth
- Generate monthly statements of account for our customers
- Prepare comprehensive monthly accounts for aftersales and spare parts, including revenue, costs, and profitability analysis.
- Conduct profit analysis per client on a monthly basis
- Provide actionable insights for continuous business improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage ERP, SAP).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
