Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
- Prepare, review, and reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports in compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring timely collections and payments.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulatory requirements, and pharmaceutical industry standards.
- Liaise with auditors, vendors, and regulatory bodies when necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive financial information.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Finance Manager.
