Job Summary
We are looking for an Account Officer to manage all daily financial transactions and reporting of all financial information for the organization, from sales records and cash payments to purchases, expenses, product analysis, products profit and loss report.
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma
- Experience Level: Entry level
- Experience Length: 1 year
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Keep records of all financial transactions.
- Daily recording of all materials/products bought and sold.
- Tracking of all sales made.
- Recording of all payments made.
- Sending of daily financial sales report to the MD/CEO.
- Prepare daily product performance reports.
- Conducts periodic financial analyses to identify and resolve issues, gaps, or variances.
- Review financial documents for accuracy, reliability, reasonableness, and completeness.
- Other functions as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or relevant discipline.
- The candidate must not be more than 40 years.
- 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Microsoft Excel skills will be an added advantage.
- Experience with general ledger functions.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work under pressure.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles.
