We are seeking a reliable Account Officer to handle financial and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will assist with bookkeeping, account reconciliation, financial reporting, and general accounting tasks, while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial records
- Assist with budgeting and expense tracking
- Reconciliation of financial statements
- Prepare invoices and follow up on payments
- Support audit processes
- Preparation and filling of the monthly PAYEE, withholding tax, and VAT
- Maintain proper filing of receipts and financial documents
- Prepare monthly financial and cash flow reports
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or related field
- 1–3 years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in Excel and other accounting software
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Location: Ojodu Berger, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 200,000
