Job Summary
We are looking to hire an Accounting Assistant to manage expenses, enter financial transactions and reconcile invoices. Your role will ensure our Accounting department operates smoothly and efficiently.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Reconcile invoices, stock reports, statements and identify discrepancies
- Create and update expense reports
- Process reimbursement forms
- Validate goods have been dispatched
- Enter financial transactions into internal databases
- Check spreadsheets for accuracy
- Maintain digital and physical financial records
- Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
- Participate in stock reconciliation
- Participate in quarterly and annual audits.
Requirements:
- OND/HNDÂ in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
- Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software
- Organization skills
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
Location:Â Must be based in Lagos
Remuneration: NGNÂ 70,000 - 100,000 monthly depending upon experience and qualification
