Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Account and Audit Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting records, supporting audit processes, ensuring financial compliance, and maintaining accurate financial reporting in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports

•
Manage daily accounting operations, including postings and reconciliations

•
Assist in internal and external audit exercises and provide required documentation

•
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements

•
Monitor expenses, budgets, and financial controls

•
Support tax computations, filings, and statutory remittances

•
Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions

•
Liaise with auditors, regulatory bodies, and relevant stakeholders

Requirements & Qualifications

•
HND/BSc in Accounting, Finance, or related field

•
Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or part qualification) is an added advantage

•
Minimum of [4-5] years relevant work experience

•
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and audit procedures

•
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

•
High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail

•
Strong analytical and reporting skills
