Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abuja for an Exhibition and Conference Coordinator. The coordinator will oversee the planning, organization, and execution of events and exhibitions, ensuring smooth and successful operations. Responsibilities include managing event logistics, coordinating with vendors, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, and delivering excellent customer service to attendees and participants. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to think on one's feet, and effective team collaboration.
Qualifications

• Must be based in Abuja with good skill in conference management
• Proven skills in Conference Coordination and Conference Organization
• Strong proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to engage effectively with clients, vendors, and attendees
• Experience in Event Planning with the ability to manage timelines, logistics, and budgets
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Problem-solving skills with the capacity to address issues promptly and effectively during events
• Experience in working in the real estate or housing industry is an advantage
• Proficiency in project management tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
