Role Complexity Description: Branch Operations and sales of our products.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Direct all branch operations, including customers service, administration and sales. Access market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.Meet branch set goals, both financial and non-financial in line with Organization goals. Manage budget allocated funds appropriately. Share knowledge with Region and Head office on effective practices and competitive intelligence. Address customers and employees issues.Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulatory requirements. Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and the Company. BSC or HND holder in any social or related courses.CIIN, will be of an advantageTwo to three years experience
