Responsibilities:

Create high-quality 3D animations, motion graphics, visual effects, and digital content for events and immersive experiences.
Develop 3D concepts and transform creative ideas into engaging visual experiences.
Create and animate 3D models, objects, environments, cameras, and scenes.
Work with materials, textures, lighting, and rendering to achieve high-quality visual results.
Develop content for projection mapping, LED screens, large-format displays, interactive installations, and digital experiences.
Collaborate with graphic designers, creative directors, engineers, developers, and other members of the production team.
Integrate 3D animation with 2D motion graphics, video, audio, and interactive content.
Prepare and optimize motion assets according to project specifications, screen formats, resolutions, and playback requirements.
Assist with the development of visual prototypes and test motion content within interactive environments.
Adapt animations and visual content for different aspect ratios, screen configurations, projection surfaces, and event environments.
Work on multiple projects while maintaining quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
Stay updated with current 3D, motion design, animation, rendering, and immersive technology trends.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a 3D Motion Artist, 3D Motion Designer, 3D Animator, or similar role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating 3D animation and motion design skills.
Strong proficiency in Cinema 4D, Blender, or equivalent 3D software.
Strong knowledge of 3D modelling, animation, texturing, materials, lighting, cameras, and rendering.
Proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Good understanding of animation principles, composition, typography, timing, transitions, and visual storytelling.
Ability to combine 2D and 3D assets effectively.
Understanding of video formats, codecs, resolutions, frame rates, and rendering workflows.
Experience creating content for LED screens, projection mapping, large-format displays, or immersive environments is an advantage.
Experience with real-time or interactive technologies such as Unreal Engine, Unity, TouchDesigner, Notch, or similar platforms is an advantage.
Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Ability to take creative direction while also contributing original ideas.
