Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design & Modeling: Build accurate 3D models of interior and exterior spaces from architectural sketches or CAD/BIM drawings.
- Rendering & Visualization: Apply textures, lighting, and materials to create photorealistic images, animations, or VR tours.
- Collaboration: Work alongside project architects, engineers, and interior designers to make sure designs are practical and structurally sound.
- Client Presentation: Prepare visual presentation boards and pitch design ideas to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- A degree in Architecture, 3D Design, or a related field, plus a strong portfolio showing past visualization work(very important to add the link to your portfolio)
- Proficiency in software like SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, or Rhino.
- Experience with V-Ray, Lumion, Corona, or Enscape.
