Aerocone Global Consulting Limited, in connection with its international headquarters operated under Aerocone Travels Canada Inc, is expanding its institutional partnership network across Nigeria.
We are recruiting 10 Institutional Development Managers who will play a key role in building partnerships with secondary schools, colleges, and universities in Lagos and Ogun State.
These professionals will help institutions connect with Aerocone’s international educational exposure programs, global conferences, and international tour opportunities.
Role Overview
The Institutional Development Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Lagos.
Successful candidates will work in teams of two to develop institutional partnerships with schools and universities within Lagos and Ogun State proximity to Lagos.
The role focuses on introducing institutions to Aerocone’s structured international programs and building long-term institutional relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and engage secondary schools, colleges, and universities
• Present Aerocone international educational programs to institutional leaders
• Develop partnerships with schools interested in international educational tours
• Organize institutional presentations and information sessions
• Build student participation pipelines for international programs
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve institutional partnership targets
• Maintain strong professional relationships with partner institutions
Compensation StructureBase Salary
Annual salary: ₦2,000,000
Equivalent monthly value: ₦166,667
Salary for the first three months will be accumulated and paid after the third month.
Institutional Signing Bonus
Each staff member receives:
₦250,000 once an institution signs a partnership agreement with Aerocone.
Since managers work in teams of two, a team earns:
₦500,000 per institution signed.
Performance Salary Upgrade
If a team successfully secures 5 institutional partnerships within the first year, the salary will increase to:
₦3,000,000 per annum per staff member
High Performance Commission
After meeting the 5 institution target, commission increases to:
₦500,000 per staff member (₦1,000,000 per team) for each additional institution secured.
Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
• Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build institutional relationships
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment
• Must own a personal laptop for work activities
Dress Code
All Institutional Development Managers must maintain a professional corporate appearance.
Required dress code:
• Navy blue suit
• Royal striped tie
• Black shoes
This dress standard applies to both male and female staff when representing the company.

Primary engagement areas:
Lagos State
Ogun State (within Lagos proximity)
