Responsibilities:
Brand Leadership:
- Develop and execute the overall brand strategy across multiple products and initiatives.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning, messaging and visual identity across all channels.
- Lead campaigns that increase awareness, credibility, and engagement.
Personal Brand Management:
- Build and manage the public profile of the company's executive leadership.
- Coordinate content planning, speaking opportunities, interviews, and media appearances.
- Identify opportunities to position leadership as recognised voices within AI, technology, innovation and business.
Community Growth:
- Develop and grow thriving online communities.
- Plan engagement strategies that encourage participation and long-term member retention.
- Organise webinars, virtual events, workshops and networking sessions.
Strategic Partnerships:
- Identify and build relationships with influencers, creators, universities, organisations, technology companies and industry leaders.
- Develop collaboration opportunities that increase brand visibility and business growth.
- Manage sponsorships and partnership programmes.
Events:
- Research and secure speaking opportunities, exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
- Coordinate company participation in local and international events.
- Support event planning, logistics, and promotional activities.
Marketing & Campaigns:
- Work closely with creative and marketing teams to plan high-impact campaigns.
- Ensure all content aligns with business objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise for results.
Team Leadership:
- Coordinate internal creative, social media, and marketing activities.
- Work closely with designers, video editors, content creators, and digital marketers.
- Build efficient processes and maintain high creative standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Brand Management, Marketing, Communications, PR, Community Management or Strategic Partnerships.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and audience growth.
- Experience managing multiple brands or business units.
- Demonstrated success in building online communities or growing brand awareness.
- Experience securing partnerships, sponsorships or media opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Highly organised with strong project management abilities.
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced startup environment.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Desirable:
- Experience within technology, AI, SaaS, education or startup environments.
- Experience organising conferences, webinars or industry events.
- Existing network within business, technology, media, or creator communities.
- Experience working with international teams.
