Weโre hiring a Head of Growth & Revenue Marketing. This is not a brand-only role. This is not a "manage agencies" role. This is a builder role for a hands-on growth leader who wants to leave a visible footprint on a category-creating African company.

Responsibilities:
- Own EPAโs end-to-end growth strategy across planners (demand) and vendors (supply)
- Own core growth metrics: CAC, activation rate, transaction conversion, GMV growth, retention, LTV
- Build repeatable ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐พ๐๐ถ๐๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป โ ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป โ ๐บ๐ผ๐ป๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป loops
- Build and optimize funnels that drive the first transaction fast
- Rapidly test, measure, iterate - and kill channels that donโt meet efficiency benchmarks
- Work closely with Product to align landing pages, onboarding, and conversion flows
- Define systems, dashboards, and processes for scalable execution
Requirements:

- 7โ10+ years of experience in growth, performance, or revenue marketing
- Proven track record scaling marketplaces, fintechs, SaaS, or platform businesses with clear revenue outcomes
- Excited by ๐ฌโ๐ญ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ญโ๐ญ๐ฌ journeys in emerging or under-structured markets
- Comfortable bridging global standards with local execution realities
