Soft Skills Trainees to get December of their dreams

Jobberman is spreading joy this December. Party people from across Lagos Nigeria can look forward to watching Wizkid, Asake, Tems and the Cavemen live as they are thrilled along with fans from across the globe.

Free tickets are open to anyone who takes the Jobberman Soft Skills training and finishes with a brilliant Endline Assessment score. The concerts available include, Tems Live (Abuja), Flytime Fest: Asake, Stay Cavy: The Cavemen, and Wiz on the beach.

Soft skills are gradually becoming as important as hard skills in today’s workforce.

It is simply not enough to be highly versed in technical abilities without also having soft skills like emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills that allow individuals to successfully interact and collaborate.

Developing your soft skills can help you become more productive at work, as well as help you complete your tasks quicker and more effectively.

Soft skills are also more appreciated today because they help employees become more effective at their jobs in general. A lot of the time, soft skills are what separate good hires from bad ones that end up costing companies money. Unsurprisingly, 89% of recruiters say bad hires typically lack soft skills

With all these in the big picture, Jobberman wants more folks to equip themselves with the knowledge and competencies that come with taking the Soft Skills training, with the added perk of a night of awesome vibes with some of the best artists have to offer.

Participants can look forward to partying to their heart’s content.
