Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily workshop operations and job flow
- Allocate work based on technician skills and capacity
- Supervise diagnosis, repairs, and final quality inspections
- Drive productivity, billed hours, and revenue targets
- Enforce discipline, safety, and SOP compliance
- Prepare operational performance reports
- Supervise maintenance
- Any other assignment
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience
- Minimum of a HND. in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or related field
