The Workshop Manager will oversee the daily operations of the vehicle workshop, with a strong focus on the repair, maintenance, and optimal performance of diesel engine trucks.

Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise all workshop activities related to diesel truck maintenance and repairs.
- Diagnose complex diesel engine, transmission, braking, and electrical faults.

Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance for the fleet.
- Supervise mechanics, technicians, and support staff to ensure quality workmanship.
- Ensure minimal vehicle downtime and high fleet availability.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, service logs, and repair reports.

Control workshop inventory, tools, spare parts, and consumables.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors for parts procurement and external repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:

Technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-8 years of hands-on experience with diesel engine trucks.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or workshop management role.
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
- Experience working with heavy-duty trucks.
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and workshop management systems.
- Excellent fault-diagnosis and problem-solving ability.
