E-commerce Web Developer

• Develop and maintain e-commerce websites using platforms like Woo Commerce, Shopify, or equivalent, ensuring optimal functionality, usability, and performance.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to implement new features, designs, and functionalities on the website.
• Customize and integrate plugins, themes, and extensions to meet specific business requirements and enhance the e-commerce platform's capabilities
• Optimize website speed, performance, and security to provide seamless user experiences and safeguard customer data.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, debug code, and implement solutions to resolve issues promptly.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the e-commerce platform and stay ahead of the competition.
• Work closely with the marketing team to implement tracking pixels, tags, and other tools for analytics and marketing purposes
• Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximize ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven optimizations
• Provide technical support and training to internal teams as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining e-commerce websites using platforms such as Woo Commerce, Shopify, or similar.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS. Familiarity with frameworks like React or Angular will be a plus.
• Strong understanding of web development concepts, including responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web performance optimization.
• Experience with integrating and customizing plugins, themes, and extensions for e-commerce platforms.
• Familiarity with running online advertising campaigns, particularly Google Ads, and implementing tracking and analytics tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to debug code and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
