Full-Stack Web Developer: Build Secure & User-Friendly Web Apps at Maxit Consulting!
Are you a passionate web developer with a strong grasp of both front-end and back-end technologies? Do you thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy tackling complex challenges? Maxit Consulting, a leading IT firm in Lagos, is seeking a skilled Full-Stack Web Developer to join our dynamic Software Engineering team!
In this role, you'll play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications, ensuring they are secure, efficient, and provide an exceptional user experience.
Here's What You'll Do

• Full-Stack Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks like Angular/React) and back-end (RESTful APIs, database integration) technologies to build robust and scalable web applications.
• Security Champion: Implement robust security measures to protect user data and ensure web application integrity. Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and integrate best practices into your development process.
• Performance Optimization Wizard: Optimize web applications for speed and scalability to deliver a seamless user experience. Monitor performance metrics and continuously identify areas for improvement.
• Collaboration is Key: Work closely with cybersecurity experts, designers, and other developers to achieve project goals. Participate in code reviews, share knowledge, and contribute to establishing best practices within the team.
• Continuous Learner: Stay ahead of the curve by actively learning new technologies and trends within the web development industry. Advocate for continuous improvement in development processes and methodologies.
  

Are you a perfect fit?

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• You possess a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a web developer, with a strong preference for experience in the Financial/cybersecurity industry.
• You're proficient in building RESTful APIs and web services using C#, and have a solid understanding of Angular/React frameworks for front-end development.
• Your skillset encompasses HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with Microsoft SQL (T-SQL) and/or Java would be a plus.
• You're a whiz at using Git for version control and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities are essential for thriving in our fast-paced environment.
