Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities and staff.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
• Oversee the receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure products are handled and stored properly to prevent damage or loss.
• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Schedule staff shifts and assign daily tasks.
• Prepare reports on inventory, warehouse performance, and operational activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and other departments for smooth operations.
• Resolve warehouse-related issues promptly and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail.
• Time management skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
