Job summary
The Warehouse Officer is responsible for the efficient receipt, storage, organization, inventory control, and dispatch of products within the warehouse. The role ensures inventory accuracy, timely order fulfillment, and adherence to company procedures while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management
- Receive, inspect, and record all incoming stock, ensuring quantities and product quality match delivery documentation.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements promptly.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management when stock reaches reorder levels.
- Investigate and report inventory variances or damaged products.
- Organize and store products according to company standards to maximize warehouse efficiency.
- Ensure products are properly labelled and stored to prevent damage or deterioration.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, orderliness, and safety at all times.
- Ensure proper handling of fragile or sensitive cosmetic products.
- Verify orders before dispatch to eliminate picking and packing errors.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in warehouse or inventory management.
- Experience using inventory management software is an added advantage.
- Experience in the cosmetics, retail, FMCG, or e-commerce industry is preferred.
