Waiters/Waitresses

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
• Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and promotions
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests
• Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of meals
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Upsell additional menu items and beverages to enhance the guest experience
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting and resetting tables
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in customer service is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and order delivery
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and provide exceptional service under pressure
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Wear dresses and shirts/jeans provided by the company
