1. CORE VOLUNTEER POSITION AVAILABLE
Coordinator, Programs & Impact
Reports to: Creative Director
Role Summary:
This role focuses on program direction, implementation, monitoring, and volunteer coordination across all iBSW initiatives.
Time Commitment:
5–8 hours weekly (remote + physical when required)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of all iBSW programs (mentorship, outreaches, conferences, etc.).
- Supervise all Project Leads under Programs (Logistics, Ushering, Volunteer Coordination).
- Develop program calendars, work plans, and activity guides.
- Ensure programs are impactful, well-documented, and delivered on time.
- Coordinate program volunteers and support teams.
Submit monthly reports and improvement feedback.

2. CORE VOLUNTEER POSITION AVAILABLE
Coordinator, Admin & Partnerships
Reports to: Creative Director
Role Summary:
This role focuses on administration, documentation, partnerships, welfare, and volunteer management.
Time Commitment:
5–8 hours weekly (remote + physical when required)
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee administrative structure and documentation (letters, memos, files).
- Manage partnerships, sponsorship outreach, and follow-up.
- Supervise Admin Project Leads (Welfare, Letters, Finance Support, Community Management).
- Ensure smooth coordination of events from the administrative side.
- Maintain volunteer welfare and communication.
Submit monthly administrative and partnership reports.

3. CORE VOLUNTEER POSITION AVAILABLE
Coordinator, Media & Communications
Reports to: Creative Director
Role Summary:
This role focuses on visibility, social media, content strategy, branding, and storytelling for iBSW.
Time Commitment:
5–8 hours weekly (remote + physical when required)
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all media and communication activities for iBSW.
- Supervise Project Leads under Media (Graphics, Content, Photography, Videography).
- Create communication calendars and messaging guidelines.
- Manage social media presence and storytelling.
Approve designs, flyers, videos, and publications.
- Handle press releases, branding, and media partnerships.
- Submit monthly media performance reports.
Skills Required
Strong communication skills
Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Microsoft Office, and branding tools
Social media management experience
Creativity and content strategy skills
