Job Summary

We're searching for a talented Visual Designer to join our growing team and craft eye-catching visuals that will captivate audiences. Reporting to the Chief Reporting Officer (CRO), the Visual Design Lead will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing compelling visual assets, including still and motion graphics, to support our marketing, branding, and communication initiatives across various channels and platforms. As the Visual Design Lead, you will be responsible for leading the visual design team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality visual assets that align with the company's brand identity and objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create engaging visual experiences across various digital and offline channels.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Visual Design Strategy and Planning:
- Collaborate with the CEO and marketing team to develop visual design strategies and concepts that align with brand guidelines, objectives, and target audience preferences.
Graphic Design and Branding:
- Create high-quality, innovative graphic designs for a wide range of marketing collateral, including digital ads, social media posts, email newsletters, print materials, presentations, and more.
Motion Graphics and Video Production:
- Develop captivating motion graphics, animations, and video content to enhance storytelling, engagement, and user experience across digital platforms, websites, and social media channels.
Creative Collaboration and Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of visual designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster their professional growth and development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field; additional certifications in motion graphics or video production are a plus.
- Proven experience in visual design leadership roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, motion graphics, and video production.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro), and familiarity with 3D software is a plus.
- Exceptional creative and conceptual thinking abilities, with a keen eye for detail, composition, typography, and colour theory.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate ideas, provide constructive feedback, and inspire others.
- Passion for visual storytelling, innovation, and pushing the boundaries of design to create memorable and impactful experiences.
