Job summary
We are looking to hire a Virtual Assistant – Sales & Operations Support (UK Business). We are a UK-based professional services business working with UK accountancy firms. We support firms with capacity, operations, and workflow efficiency. We are looking for a reliable, highly organized virtual assistant to support sales operations, inbox management, scheduling, and onboarding processes. This is a long-term role for the right candidate, with clear systems, expectations, and growth potential. This is an operations support role, not a decision-making or sales-closing role. The successful candidate will support lead generation processes, inbox and message management, scheduling, onboarding administration, and reporting and tracking. You will work closely with the business owner and follow documented SOPs.

Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach Support:
- Build prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Run structured LinkedIn outreach campaigns (training provided)
- Track outreach activity and responses accurately
- Maintain lead and activity trackers
- Monitor Outlook inbox daily
- Categorise messages
- Flag priority messages promptly
- Draft suggested replies for review and approval
- Ensure no messages are missed
- Manage Calendly bookings and rescheduling
- Send meeting confirmations and reminders
- Follow up politely on no-shows
- Maintain calendar hygiene
- Send onboarding emails and checklists
- Collect required information from new clients
- Track onboarding progress and outstanding items
- Daily activity updates
- Weekly summary reports
- KPI tracking (connections sent, replies received, meetings booked)
- Minimum of BSC
- Minimum of 1-4 years in similar role
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant, Admin Assistant, or Operations Support
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Ability to follow SOPs precisely
- Reliable internet and power supply
- Professional communication style
- Experience supporting UK or international clients
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach tools or CRM systems
- Not a social media posting role
- Not a sales-closing role
- Not an accounting role
- Not a customer service call role
- Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Monday to Friday
- UK business hours overlap required
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 - 300,000
