Job Summary

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Manage schedules, appointments, emails, and follow-up communication.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as documentation, data entry, and filing.
  • Support customer relations through timely responses and professional communication.
  • Handle research tasks, prepare reports, and organize project information.
  • Manage online tools, CRM systems, and digital platforms used by the company.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare briefs, and ensure smooth workflow for assigned tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.

Requirements:
  • Must be based in Abuja.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRM systems, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Reliable internet connection and a functional work device.
