.Responsibilities:
- Research B‑roll for upcoming YouTube videos using approved script and sources
- Edit, rework, and analyze scripts for clarity, flow, tone, and engagement
- Fact‑check and refine content to ensure accuracy and quality
- Assist the manager with staff coordination, communication, and welfare tracking
- Handle general administrative and operational tasks as needed
- Meet deadlines and manage tasks independently
Requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented
- Reliable, prompt, and consistent
- Comfortable with online tools, research platforms, and content workflows
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience with YouTube content, scriptwriting, or video production
- Familiarity with stock footage libraries
