Job summary
The Virtual Assistant / Admin Assistant will provide administrative, coordination, and basic commercial support to the business development and operations teams. The role is commission-based, with earnings tied to successful onboarding, coordination outcomes, and task delivery. This is a remote role open to candidates based in Nigeria.

Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual administrative support to management and business development teams.
- Manage emails, schedules, follow-ups, and basic documentation.
- Assist with the onboarding of: Sellers and suppliers, Sourcing agents, Buyers, and partners.
- Maintain records of partners, leads, and onboarding status.
- Coordinate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Prepare basic reports, summaries, and data trackers.
- Support listing of products and updates on the online platform.
- Follow up on inquiries, applications, and submissions promptly.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance records are maintained.
Requirements:
- Based in Nigeria.
- Minimum of OND / HND / BSc or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant, Admin Assistant, or Operations Support role is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Comfortable using digital tools (email, spreadsheets, online forms, messaging apps).
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Basic understanding of sales, onboarding, or ecommerce processes is an added advantage.
Compensation:
- Commission-based remuneration tied to:
- Successful onboarding of sellers, agents, or buyers
- Completion of assigned administrative milestones
- Support provided to closed deals
- Clear commission structure and performance targets will be provided.
