Responsibilities:
- Customer Acquisition: Consistently meet and exceed the monthly target of bringing in a minimum of 25 new enrolled students/customers.
- Prospecting & Outreach: Introduce healthcare professionals, students, and job seekers to the academy's international education and career programs.
- Lead Generation & Referral: Actively share approved marketing collateral across personal, social, and professional networks to generate qualified leads.
- Pipeline Handoff: Connect interested prospects directly to the internal admissions team for seamless conversion and enrollment.
- Brand Representation: Promote the academy's services professionally and ethically across all channels and events.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal, networking, and persuasive skills with a target-driven mindset.
- Proven ability or strong determination to meet the minimum monthly benchmark of 25 new customers.
- Strong presence or connections within healthcare (nurses, doctors, pharmacists, and lab scientists), university/student communities, or professional groups looking for global career growth.
- Excellent verbal communication and social media promotion skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage your schedule efficiently, and hit monthly growth targets.
