Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and creative Video Production Manager to oversee the planning, creation, and optimization of video content across our YouTube and social media channels. The ideal candidate has strong technical production skills, a deep understanding of digital content trends, and the ability to manage end-to-end video workflows.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Produce high-quality video content aligned with the brand’s messaging and community needs.
  • Manage the full production cycle, including scripting, filming, lighting, audio, editing, and final delivery.
  • Edit videos for YouTube, Instagram Reels, Stories, TikTok, and other social platforms, ensuring exceptional visual and audio quality
  • Create compelling graphics, promotional materials, and event flyers while maintaining a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
  • Design custom thumbnails and graphics to improve click-through rates and viewer engagement.
  • Optimize video content for SEO, including titles, descriptions, tags, and metadata.
  • Develop content strategies using audience insights, trends, and performance analytics.
  • Analyse performance metrics using tools such as YouTube Analytics to improve reach, retention, and overall channel growth.
  • Plan and manage content calendars, ensuring consistent posting and strategic scheduling for maximum engagement.
  • Manage audience interactions through comments, DMs, and story replies to build rapport, foster community engagement, and maintain a welcoming online environment.
  • Support relationship management with collaborators, community members, and partners.
  • Develop and manage Instagram and social media ad campaigns to increase reach and visibility.
  • Track ad performance (impressions, CTR, conversions) and optimise campaigns based on data-driven insights.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in video production and social media content management.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, and other industry-standard editing tools.
  • Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, SEO best practices, and social media trends.
  • Excellent storytelling, creative direction, and visual design skills.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
