Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Edit raw video content from brand shoots into high-performing social media content
- Follow brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual style
- Stay up to date with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and viral content trends
- Repurpose one piece of content into multiple engaging clips without making them feel repetitive
- Create short-form videos optimized for engagement and conversions
- Design simple short carousel posts for Instagram
- Schedule content across social media platforms
- Write captions and relevant hashtags to support each post
- Assist with maintaining a consistent posting schedule
Requirements:
- Strong experience editing short-form content for TikTok and Instagram Reels
- Good understanding of viral hooks, pacing, transitions, and storytelling
- Ability to work quickly and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools
- Creative eye for clean, playful, family-friendly branding
- Ability to independently identify content opportunities and trends
- Strong communication and organisational skills
