About the Role

UCM Global is hiring a strong, dependable Video Editor who understands pacing, structure, and how to turn raw footage into compelling content.

You’ll be working across:

1. A fast-growing family content brand with hundreds of thousands of followers
2. A global recruitment business
3. Founder / CEO personal brand content

This is high-visibility work with real creative responsibility.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Editing 1–2 long-form vlogs per week (8–10 minutes)
• Creating clean, modern edits with strong hooks and purposeful transitions
• Maintaining a consistent visual identity across the brand
• Delivering polished work on time

What We’re Looking For

• Strong portfolio of long-form edits
• Clear sense of timing and structure
• Confidence using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci
• Ability to handle long-form footage cleanly
• Self-directed and reliable
• Strong English comprehension
