Job summary
We’re looking for an experienced Video Editor skilled in editing long-form and short-form content for YouTube, Reels, TikTok, and Shorts. This is not a beginner role. We need someone creative, reliable, fast, and detail-oriented who can deliver high-quality work consistently with minimal supervision.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- High-quality editing for YouTube/Facebook content
- Create engaging short-form clips for Reels/TikTok/Shorts
- Captions/subtitles
- Color grading
- Audio cleanup
- Smooth transitions
- Basic B-rolls
- Retention-focused pacing & sound design
- Export all videos in 4K (MANDATORY)
What You Will Edit:
- 4 Long-Form Videos monthly (8–20 mins)
- 12 Short-Form Clips monthly (3 clips from each long-form video)
- Total: 16 videos monthly.
Requirements:
- Strong portfolio (Mandatory)
- Experience editing talking-head/personal brand content
- Fast turnaround and good communication
- Ability to work independently
- Must support true 4K export
Remuneration: NGN 80,000 – 100,000 monthly (Payment is performance and delivery-based)
