Position: Video Eval Annotator

Type: Short-term Contractor Assignment

Compensation: $3/task

Location: Remote

Commitment: 40 hours/week with 6 hours overlap with PST

Duration: 4 Weeks

Start Date: May 28

Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated and real-world visual media content using structured guidelines and predefined rating frameworks
• Review videos and identify hallucinations/anomalies such as object morphing, disappearing objects, unrealistic movements, and visual inconsistencies
• Provide clear, structured written justifications to support evaluation decisions
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail across high-volume annotation tasks
• Assess media quality based on realism, motion, lighting, composition, camera movement, and overall production standards
• Collaborate with teams to improve AI model evaluation quality and benchmark reliability
• Incorporate feedback from LLM performance metrics into training data creation
• Apply analytical reasoning and visual judgment to challenging media evaluation workflows

Requirements

• Candidates with a Bachelor s degree or higher in the following fields are encouraged to apply:
• Design, Visual Communication, or Fine Arts
• Film, Media, Animation, or VFX
• Photography or Cinematography
• Architecture or Industrial Design
• Creative Writing or equivalent professional experience in content creation, media production, or content review
• Strong years of professional work experience
• Media/agency experience is mandatory
• Hands-on experience working directly with designers, photographers, or videographers is mandatory
• Strong understanding of motion realism, lighting, composition, camera movement, and production quality
• Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and research skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with proficiency in English
• Experience with AI image or video generation tools is a strong plus
• Ability to commit to full-time hours and immediate joiners preferred
