Van Sales Representative
Job summary
We’re hiring passionate and results-driven Van Sales Representatives( VSR) to join our dynamic sales team. The VSR is responsible for driving direct sales and distribution of the company’s FMCG products through a designated van route. The role involves visiting retail outlets, selling products directly from the van, ensuring optimal product availability, executing merchandising standards, collecting payments, and building strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:
- Drive direct sales and distribution of the company’s FMCG products through a designated van route.
- Visit retail outlets, sell products directly from the van, ensure optimal product availability, execute merchandising standards, collect payments, and build strong relationships with customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: HND, OND, NCE
- 1–2 years’ experience in FMCG Sales
- Strong business development and account management skills
- Digital literacy – able to use smartphone apps (WhatsApp, Zoom, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Financial discipline and high integrity
- Must be able to drive with a valid driver's licence
Remuneration: NGN 120,000 gross
