Van Sales Representative
Job summary
The VSR will be responsible for driving direct sales and distribution of FMCG products through a designated van route. The role involves visiting retail outlets, selling directly from the van, ensuring product availability, executing merchandising standards, collecting payments, and building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Drive direct sales and distribution of FMCG products along assigned routes
- Visit retail outlets and sell products directly from the van
- Ensure optimal product availability and stock management
- Execute merchandising standards in outlets
- Collect payments and manage sales records
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: OND / NCE / HND
- 2-3 years’ experience in FMCG sales
- Strong business development and account management skills
- Ability to use smartphone apps (WhatsApp, Zoom, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- High level of integrity and financial discipline
- Must be able to drive with a valid driver’s license
Remuneration: NGN 120,000
