Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Ibadan for a Unit Sales Manager. The Unit Sales Manager will oversee and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets, develop and implement strategic sales plans, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and maintain fruitful relationships with clients. Daily responsibilities may include tracking sales performance, providing training and mentorship to team members, conducting market research, and collaborating with management to improve sales strategies. The Unit Sales Manager will ensure excellent customer service while driving both team and individual sales growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales strategies, negotiation, and business development
- Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring abilities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Solid organizational and analytical skills, including market analysis and problem-solving
- Proficiency in property marketing and a deep understanding of the real estate industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Ibadan
- B.Sc/HND or M.Sc required
- Experience in the real estate sector or related industries is a plus
