Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
- Support performance management, KPIs, and appraisals
- Analyze HR data and prepare insightful reports and dashboards
- Coordinate learning and development initiatives
- Handle employee relations and engagement activities
- Ensure HR compliance, documentation, payroll support, and process improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, and performance management
- Proficiency in Excel and HR reporting/analytics
- Good understanding of Nigerian Labour Laws
- CIPM certification/membership is an added advantage
