Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in applying & booking their travel arrangements, visa, flights, accommodations, tours, and transportation.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends, destination information, and travel regulations to provide accurate and relevant advice to clients.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate the best deals and packages for clients.
- Handle bookings, reservations, and cancellations efficiently, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Maintain client relationships through follow-up communication and personalized service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Actively promote travel agency services and products to attract new clients and generate business growth.
