Responsibilities:
Client Consultation and Advisory:
- Attend to enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and in person
- Understand client travel needs and recommend suitable destinations and packages
- Provide accurate information on visa requirements and travel guidelines
Visa Processing and Documentation:
- Assist clients in preparing and submitting visa applications
- Review documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Guide clients on interview preparation where necessary
Booking and Reservations:
- Tour arrangements
- Confirm all travel details and ensure proper documentation
- Follow up with clients on payments and confirmations
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Convert enquiries into paying clients
- Promote available travel packages and special offers
- Meet assigned sales targets
Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain good relationships with clients
- Follow up before and after travel
- Handle complaints and resolve issues professionally
Record Keeping and Reporting:
- Keep proper records of clients and transactions
- Update internal systems with client details and booking status
- Provide regular reports on activities and sales
Compliance and Professional Conduct:
- Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality of client information
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Requirements:
- Degree
- 2 years' experience
