Responsibilities:
- Host engaging TikTok live streams 6 days weekly (relationship, lifestyle, matchmaking topics)
- Confidently promote and sell Chinwenwa Voice matchmaking services during lives
- Manage TikTok pages daily: post content, reply to comments, and respond to DMs
- Write SEO-rich captions and use relevant hashtags aligned with TikTok trends
- Repurpose provided videos into reels and short-form content that favours the algorithm
- Maintain a professional, warm, and trustworthy brand presence at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience in TikTok streaming and/or social media management
- Confident, jovial, persuasive personality with basic sales skills
- Mature understanding of relationship and lifestyle conversations
- Stable electricity and reliable internet connection (non-negotiable)
- Smartphone, ring light, and quiet streaming environment
- Highly dependable. Frequent unavailability or excuses will affect compensation
Compensation & Structure:
- NGN 70,000 monthly during a 2-month probation period
- Performance-based increase to NGN 100,000+ monthly after probation
- Strong performers who generate engagement and sales will earn more
- Fully remote position
