MAPSI GROUP is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Ticketing & Reservation Officer to join our elite Travel & Tours team. In this role, you will be the primary architect of our clients' travel experiences, managing everything from complex international itineraries to seamless domestic hops.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Handle domestic and international flight reservations using Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
- Issue, re-issue, and void tickets while ensuring the most competitive pricing for our clients.
- Assist clients with online check-ins, seat selections, and special meal requests.
- Manage hotel reservations and sales, ensuring alignment with travel schedules.
- Process travel insurance certificates and guide embassy interview facilitation.
- Provide expert visa support and documentation advice to ensure high success rates.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities in Car Hire, Tour Travel, international and domestic flight ticketing, Visa Support, and Security Services.
Requirements:
- A degree or diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proficiency in at least one major GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) is mandatory.
- IATA certification is a significant advantage.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of active experience in a reputable travel agency or airline.
- Exceptional verbal and written English; ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and online travel booking portals.
