Temporary Marketer

Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach prospective individual customers and small businesses within assigned locations.
• Promote the Bank’s products and services to target customers.
• Support B2C customer acquisition and conversion of prospects into active customers.
• Assist prospective customers with basic information and onboarding requirements.
• Conduct regular field visits and marketing activities within assigned areas.
• Work towards assigned daily, weekly and monthly customer-acquisition targets.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects contacted, field visits, customer responses and conversions.
• Follow up prospective customers and provide timely feedback to the appropriate supervisor.
• Use mobile phones and other basic digital tools to support field reporting and communication.
• Ensure information collected from prospective customers is accurate and complete.
• Conduct all marketing activities in line with the Bank’s policies, procedures and ethical standards.
• Perform other related field-marketing duties as may be assigned.

Requirements:

• OND in Business Administration, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Accounting, Economics or a relevant discipline.
• Experience in marketing, sales, microfinance, cooperative activities, customer acquisition or field business development will be an advantage.
• Strong entry-level candidates with good communication skills and willingness to work in the field may also be considered.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to approach and engage prospective customers confidently and professionally.
• Willingness to work with customer-acquisition and performance targets.
• Basic record-keeping and digital skills.
• Integrity, reliability and willingness to work within assigned areas in Kaduna.
