Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Telesales Property Executive to make outbound calls to estate agents across the UK, identify property opportunities, and update CRM records accurately. Candidates must complete around 20 calls per hour (160 per day). This is a remote, performance-driven role with salary and commission.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls to estate agents across the United Kingdom to identify property opportunities and maintain relationships within the market.
  • Complete an average of 20 calls per hour, achieving approximately 160 calls per day during working hours. All conversations, notes, and outcomes must be accurately recorded in the company’s CRM system.


Requirements:

  • Candidates must have proven telesales or telemarketing experience, preferably within one of the following sectors: Property or real estate, Banking or financial services, Sales or call centre environments, Business development or lead generation roles
  • Applicants must demonstrate previous experience working with sales targets, structured calling environments, or high-volume outbound calling roles.
  • Strong telephone communication skills;
  • Confidence speaking with professionals and business owners;
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain momentum during high call volumes;
  • Professional telephone etiquette;
  • CRM management and accurate record keeping;
  • Time management and discipline;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Ability to follow scripts while adapting conversations naturally;
  • Resilience and persistence in outbound sales environments.
  • A private and quiet workspace suitable for making calls throughout the day.
  • A personal laptop capable of running for at least 4 hours on battery.
  • Reliable power supply or backup system (generator or inverter).
  • Fast and stable internet connection suitable for online calling systems.
  • A professional working environment free from distractions.
  • Applicants must also be able to provide a verifiable professional reference from a previous employer.


Performance Expectations:

  • Average of 20 calls per hour
  • Approximately 160 calls per day
  • Accurate CRM updates after each call
  • Consistent identification of potential property opportunities


Remuneration and Commission:

  • Remuneration: NGN 200,000 – NGN 350,000 depending on experience.
  • Commission: NGN 150,000 per deal closed. With a minimum expectation of four deals per month, commission earnings of NGN 600,000 per month are achievable.
