Role Description

This is a full-time remote opportunity for a Telemarketing Specialist. The role involves engaging with potential customers through phone calls to generate leads, explain services, and address inquiries. You will nurture relationships, offer exceptional customer service, and work closely with the sales and support teams. Daily responsibilities include identifying client needs, maintaining accurate call records, following up on leads, and meeting or exceeding performance targets.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Lead Generation and Sales with an ability to identify opportunities and close deals
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for maintaining professionalism and building rapport with clients
• Experience in Customer Support to address client needs and resolve concerns effectively
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet targets and work independently in a remote setting
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and telemarketing software is a plus
• Prior experience in telemarketing or a related field is preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines
