Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Telemarketing Executive. The Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, discussing the company's offerings, and identifying prospects. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer service inquiries, addressing concerns, maintaining positive customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves consistent communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and adherence to quality standards.
Qualifications
- Experience with Lead Generation and Sales
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
- Excellent Communication skills with the ability to actively listen and convey messages effectively
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a self-directed environment
- Positive attitude, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability to changing circumstances
- Prior knowledge or experience in using CRM systems is an advantage
