Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Telemarketing Executive. The Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, and following up to nurture potential business opportunities. Other responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and effectively communicating product or service information to assist in the sales process.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Lead Generation and Sales to achieve and exceed targets
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support abilities to ensure a positive client experience
- Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written communication, to interact effectively with customers
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant telemarketing tools is a plus
- Experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field is preferable
